TASTING NOTE:
"Nice creamy notes on the nose with a medium peppery body and hints of stewed apples and caramel undertones. It has a well-balanced finish with vanilla sweetness and light notes of white pepper, as well as floral hints on the finish. The grassy nose carries through to the mouthfeel, providing a nice earthiness and peppery and milky finish, with caramel and toffee undertones. The nose is slightly shy, presenting some hay and cream, while the palate features ice cream softness that opens to a hint of green apple, a long, peppery finish, and lingering spirit heat."
