A funky and distinct aroma, with a compelling unique quality reminiscent of a barnyardy farm vodka profile, featuring earthy herbs, and suggesting a potential for being a terroir vodka. The nose is of medium intensity, with notes of porridge and sweet potato. The palate offers a medium body, smooth texture, slight sweetness, and flavors of porridge, green pepper, pepper, and sweet potato. The finish is medium, dropping off quickly to one note of pepper."
