TASTING NOTE:
"Nice notes of grape on the nose with hints of honey, while toffee apple, caramel, cooked apples, and honey are present on the palate. The aroma of grape is lovely and expands delicately on the mouthfeel, along with a hint of pepper balancing the fruitiness on the finish. It features lovely light notes of pepper, leading to a well-balanced sweet finish. Honey also comes through nicely. The nose presents hedgerow berries with cinnamon and white grape skins, while the palate showcases grapes, fresh green peas, well-balanced dryness, hints of cereal, white pepper, and a warm spirit finish."
