TASTING NOTE:
"A light berry character on the nose with hints of tartness on the palate, and it is woody and dry, with a strong and robust finish. Notes of black tea and hints of currant are present on the finish. On the other hand, there is a beautiful sweet blackcurrant and floral nose, and both flavors remain on the palate, resulting in a nice soft finish. The blackcurrant is very gentle on the mouthfeel, with tea notes and spice emerging on the finish. The nose features hay, mown grass compost, and blackcurrant leaf, while the palate exhibits stewed fruit, vegetal flavors, elderberry dry pithiness, hints of black tea, and a very dry profile."
