It has a well-balanced flavour profile, with a light creamy note combining with pepper to provide a lovely mouthfeel and finish. On the nose, the spirit leads, with some cream notes, flints, and solvents, while the palate offers big fresh cream and vanilla, but it is short-lasting, leaving lime and apple peel notes."
