Throughout the sip, there is a nice honey sweetness. Delicate apple notes shine through, adding the flavour of toffee apple with cinnamon nicely complementing the profile. The palate features a malty, wheaty spirit with cooked eating apple, a cakey background, and sweet hints along with fresh, sharp appleness. A brush of cinnamon ties it all together. The finish is slightly dry, but the flavors exhibit great balance and complexity.
