TASTING NOTE:
"A peppery scent on the nose with an herbaceous body, featuring a strong peppery character, pine and vanilla notes, and hints of forest and aniseed undertones. The aroma is complemented by lime zest and citric notes on the mouthfeel, which carry through lightly along with woodier notes, resulting in a nice lingering peppery finish. On the nose, floral and grass notes are noticeable, with chamomile lawn edging to a bit vegetal with dandelion, while wheatgerm and cream follow, offering interesting complexity. On the palate, there is a creamy texture, vanilla and citrus blossom, well-managed dryness tailing into a soft cream finish, and a reminder of spirit heat."
