"Honey on the nose with sweet toffee and stewed apples on the palate. It offers a spicy, peppery body with nice honey sweetness. The nose features stewed apple and cinnamon with hints of plum, while the palate showcases hedgerow berries, stewed fruit, crab apple, cream undertones, and green grass. A light, ripe tart flavour of quince comes through nicely on the mouthfeel but dissipates quickly. The profile potentially leans towards more quince flavour than apples and honey."
