"Hints of caramel on the nose, followed by notes of plums and pears on the palate. There is an enjoyable complexity and variety on the palate. Notes of woodsmoke and flint on the nose, while the palate features creamy caramel with sprigs of mint and a hot and prickly finish with white pepper, faint smokiness, and dryness. The sweet character is well-balanced and complemented by a hint of toffee. A lovely peppery heat with hints of honey on the finish makes for a delightful experience. The texture is smooth and silky, with a lot of character."
