DESIGN NOTE:
"Clear, herbal, sage and thyme show with a hint of ginger. On palate the oregano has more prominent but still restrained and there is a slight bite from ginger. Alcohol is warming and there is a dry finish. Cardamom is a little hidden initially but there on palate.
